What You’ll Do

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization—including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, Marketing and Legal—to gather and understand business requirements for processes that need to be implemented in our Salesforce instance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Help in overseeing the overall Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in Looker and Salesforce integration to ensure that Salesforce has a holistic view of customer interactions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Integration via APIs/Web Services with other systems we use for customer interaction — including Gong, Zoomingo, and Postman Flows.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design and develop robust and scalable Salesforce Flows by applying a strong understanding of flow design principles to streamline and automate critical business processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Unit / Regression testing and release management of modifications / updates between environment instances using Force.com IDMigration and bulk actions data using different tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, etc. or other automated solution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to validate requirements and provide feedback and suggestions based on understanding of existing development and business processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Constantly reviewing current processes and configurations and suggesting improvements to continuously achieve sustainability.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain technical design documentation based on functional and stakeholders’ requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Aid in curation and scalability of all supporting process and policy documentation with relation to all business processes within the Postman Salesforce org.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions for applications</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintenance of data and mitigation of data issues.</li>
</ul>

About You

<ul>
<li>2-3 combined years of experience in one or more of the following application development tools/frameworks Force.com/Visualforce/Apex/SOQL/SOSL.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with Lightning Components.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Salesforce App Builder Certification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in an agile based environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with unit/regression testing and release management of modifications/updates between environment instances using SFDX or other automated solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation &amp; enhancement of projects in Salesforce.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Application development experience using Salesforce technologies (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, profile, pages, roles, layouts, automation, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong background in data analysis, including experience with Looker.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in Salesforce flow automation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with data management tools and ensuring data integrity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities and working with third-party applications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Comfortable with ambiguity and able to execute with minimal guidance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in Salesforce data migration using different data tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proactive approach and strong communication skills (including written, presentation, and verbal)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
