</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Pricing negotiation with insurers and understand the cost saving discounting factors</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparation of QCR and placement slips and quotes presentations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working with client facing colleagues to understand client's requirements and provide end to end solution for placing the business with the insurers i.e. generating quotes, preparing a comparative statement, follow up and policy vetting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identifying risk exposures of the client, understanding the insurance requirements and providing them with insurance solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Timely meeting with insurers/clients stakeholders and making good relationship with them</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good hold on PSU insurers and deep understanding of their working i.e. PSU calculators, PSU HO/RO/DO formats</li>
</ul>

Desired Candidate Profile: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Average 5 years stable experience in the Insurance industry to manage insurer relationship and EB placement or Client servicing in broker or TPA</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum Graduate or MBA in insurance will be plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Goal oriented with positive attitude, sincere, hard- working and ambitious.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Highly effective verbal and written communication with clarity of thought and expression.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Person should be good in MS excel and MS office.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Person should be good in analytics</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Very good hold on PSU, DO, RO, offices </li>
