Role &amp; responsibilities

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Recruit, train and manage insurance agents/advisors for achieving sales targets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers and channel partners.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly business targets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide end to end support to agents for policy issuance and renewals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies.</li>
</ul>

Preferred candidate profile

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 1+ years in insurance sales ( Motor / General / Agency Channel preferred ).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Background: Insurance, Agency sales</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Qualification: Graduate</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Skills: Relationship management, strong communication and sales negotiation. </li>
