Key roles and responsibilities

<li>will include receiving invoices from operating departments for processing and ensuring all approvals for vendor invoices are obtained. </li>

<li>You will need to audit and correctly code AP Trade/IC invoices, both with and without POs, as well as process employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies. </li>

<li>It will also be your responsibility to identify invoice and purchase order issues causing recurring processing problems, work with supervisors to challenge the status quo, and provide extraordinary customer service to vendors and employees by resolving disputes. </li>
