<li>5-10 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable / Bank Reconciliation / Fixed Asset / General Ledger accounting in SAP ECC 6.0. </li>

Key Responsibilities

Bank General Ledger (GL) Account Reconciliation in SAP:

<ul>
<li>Conduct a thorough review of assigned Bank GL accounts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify and assess transactions that need to be cleared.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process and clear these transactions in SAP.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure data integrity and accuracy before the system goes live.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain up-to-date Bank Ledgers for seamless upload processes.</li>
</ul>

Customer Sub-Ledger Analysis and Open Items Clearance:

<ul>
<li>Analyze customer sub-ledger accounts within SAP.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Match and identify transactions that require clearing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Escalate transactions that cannot be cleared to higher management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with the GBSS Team to resolve issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Communicate with third parties if necessary to facilitate the clearing process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Perform regular clearing activities in SAP and continue to maintain this on an ongoing basis.</li>
</ul>

Open Sales Orders and Delivery Management in SAP:

<ul>
<li>Monitor and manage open sales orders (SOs) and their delivery status in SAP.</li>
</ul>

Fixed Assets Management:

<ul>
<li>Review fixed asset records to ensure accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Update and correct any missing or erroneous data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain missing information.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Keep fixed asset records current and accurate.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support for Cutover Activities:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in the transition and cutover activities to ensure smooth migration.</li>
</ul>

Legacy Data Cleaning and Coordination:

<ul>
<li>Follow up and communicate with other departments regarding the cleaning of legacy data.</li>
</ul>

Customer Advance Clearing in SAP:

<ul>
<li>Manage and clear customer advances in SAP.</li>
</ul>

Process and Communication Documentation:

<ul>
<li>Document relevant processes and communications related to data management.</li>
</ul>

Pre-Go-Live Preparatory Activities:

<ul>
<li>Participate in and support activities required to prepare for the system go-live.</li>
</ul>

Additional Data Management and Control Tasks:

<ul>
<li>Perform any other tasks related to data management and control as required. </li>
</ul>
Competencies

<ul>
<li>Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a good command of their functionalities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li>
