Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure proper documentation of received materials and report discrepancies.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Store materials in accordance with their specified storage conditions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure materials are organized and easily accessible for production needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Take inward entries and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received materials.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Forward the GRN to the Quality Control (QC) Department for sampling and analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare quarantine labels and ensure all containers are appropriately labeled by the worker.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage quarantined materials as per procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Update the stock register with all receipts and issuances of materials.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure accurate records are maintained for all transactions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Update daily logs for activities such as area cleaning, temperature and humidity monitoring, and stock balance verification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all daily records are properly maintained and filed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Dispense and issue materials to production as per requisitions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Update the stock register to reflect materials issued and received.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Safely handle and move materials within the stores area in compliance with safety norms and SOPs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure materials are stored and transported with care.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Adhere to SOPs and ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain awareness of safety protocols and practices in all aspects of material handling and storage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with staff and workers to ensure smooth functioning of daily activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support team members in achieving operational goals and maintaining efficiency.</li>
</ul>

Experience :

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in using stock management systems or MS Excel. </li>
</ul>
