Payroll Processing

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll processing</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitoring Leave and attendance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Sending email reminders to employees to take corrective action on absences •Resolving attendance related issues promptly and efficiently, working with other stakeholders and managers if needed </li>
</ul>
Exit Formalities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparing Relieving Letter / experience letter and sharing the same to exited employees Settlement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage end to end full and final settlements of exit employees and processing the FNF dues with 100 % accuracy and compliance with regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain minimum TAT of settlement of FNF dues of employees •Process FNF transactions, including salary adjustments, variable pay-outs and deductions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">While processing full and final dues, coordinating with exit employees for investment proof documents &amp; obtaining clearances</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with other HR functions to ensure accurate recording of payroll / FNF data </li>
</ul>
Accounting &amp; Reporting

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Generate and distribute various reports to relevant stakeholders of the department</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of payroll accounts </li>
</ul>
Query Resolution

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Addressing employees queries on timely manner with effective communication skill</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform regular self-audits and handling Audits, reviews of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance </li>
</ul>
Preferred candidate profile

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3-6 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience in payroll processing and knowledge of compliance with regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards </li>
</ul>
