<li>Day to day operations management</li>
</ul>

<li>Work on Service Desk/Jira ticketing system to save day to day incidents/service requests.</li>
</ul>

<li>Event/Incident &amp; Change management</li>

<li>Firewall upgrades/hotfix/updates etc</li>
</ul>

<li>Will be required to manage network services in Data centers and all offices.</li>
</ul>

<li>Expert in routing and switching platform, good hands on in Cisco network.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create IPsec/Site to Site VPN tunnels between third party and pinelabs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create Firewall Rules based on service requests.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Able to manage and support on 24x7 running production environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maximizing network performance by enhancing monitoring, troubleshooting network problems and outages.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining, and monitoring access.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understand the security best practices and hardening of the network and security devices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge on cloud Infra and hands-on in AWS, Azure, Google etc cloud providers</li>
</ul>

What Matters In This Role

<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience on network firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWALL, F5 LTM, &amp; WAF).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, Static)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good hands-on experience on monitoring &amp; ticketing tools including automation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should have implemented and administered the network and application load balancers on in-premise and cloud.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Have experience in working and managing 24x7 production datacenter infrastructure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge on network devices of multiple vendors like FortiGate, DELL, CISCO, SONICWALL, HP etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge is cloud infra on AWS, Azure, and Google. </li>
</ul>
