Roles &amp; Responsibility

 Product Portfolio Strategy 

•Create NPD projects in line with the technology roadmap.

•Collaborate with R&amp;D for Pi2M process on agreed NPD pipeline.

•Conduct New Product Trials across segments and verticals

•Ensure compliance with safety, certifications, and standards

•Create technical content and training materials

•Manage product Launch and scale up cycle

 Marketing and Support Activities

•Conducting product and application training for sales teams

•Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, brochures, and digital    content.

•Support participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.

Technical Services and Quality Control

•Ensure adherence to quality standards for all products in the segment by aligning on specifications acceptable to customer. 

•Ensure right classification of customer complaint, collaborate with different teams for resolution and rectify the same for the customer.

•Constantly review Technical Service infrastructure and propose improvements to meet customer requirements

Key Account Management

•Assist the sales team with product presentations, demos, and technical clarifications.
 
Qualifications &amp; Experience
