Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee the implementation and execution of academic programs and curricula, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.</li>

<li>Ensure timely updation of schedules and syllabus completion along with students issue resolution.</li>
</ul>

<li>Track student attendance and engagement, identifying patterns and addressing issues of absenteeism.</li>
</ul>

<li>Analyze academic performance metrics, including assessments and feedback, to identify areas for improvement and support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance student experience and success, including School Visits and Mentorship.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure conduction of tests as planned and processing of results on time.</li>
</ul>

<li>Address and manage operational challenges and crises, ensuring minimal disruption to academic activities.</li>
</ul>

<li>Task ownership and implementation of various trackers at the school level.</li>

Candidate Qualification &amp; Requirements:

<li>Bachelor's / Master's Degree.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven experience in academic operations or a similar role.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.</li>
</ul>
