Responsibilities

<li>Keeping up to date with the research literature and thinking beyond the state of the art to address the needs of our users.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Directly contribute to experiments, including designing experimental details, writing reusable code, running evaluations, and organizing results.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Help identify long-term ambitious research goals as well as intermediate milestones.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow researchers and team members. </li>

Requirements 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have solid expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Reinforcement Learning (RL), with hands-on experience in both software engineering and scientific research.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have worked with large-scale LLMs in the 10s to 100s of billions of parameters.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have produced novel research related to fine-tuning LLMs or improving upon pre-trained LLMs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have specialized expertise in topics like installation, RLHF, DPO, LLM tool use, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML libraries, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have strong communication skills and a desire to work on a small, fast-paced team. </li>
