A. Position objective:

<ul>
<li>This position is responsible for the management, execution, and oversight of key components of the Ethics program for PhonePe Group. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>The position reports to the Senior Manager (Ethics and POSH) and rolls down to overall Compliance Org.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>of PhonePe Group, with a responsibility for the strategic design, planning, execution and</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>integration of all elements as well as ensuring consistency of interpretation and application of the Statement of Ethics / Code of Conduct policy.</li>
</ul>

B. Major Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>1. Supports in managing and overseeing the Ethics case management program by ensuring all reported cases from across the PhonePe Group are addressed in a timely manner, consistent with global governance expectations and mandates, as well as proactively develops company specific tools/process to further improve and enhance case handling to meet or exceed established KPIs and business needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>2. Supports in managing Ethics investigations, working closely with investigators, HR, and legal to drive the process and ensure timely conclusion of cases.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>3. Supports in developing, monitoring, and reporting on company s case management metrics and ensuring the proactive update of the cases on the Case Management Tool.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>4. Actively contributes to the development, implementation and/or execution of the Ethics training and awareness program including the development of training content; delivery and tracking of training sessions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5. Supports in execution, coordination, and participation in activities to assess the effectiveness of the ethics program, including but not limited to risk assessments, Continuous Improvement Reviews and Compliance site Tours.</li>

Qualification And Experience Requirements

<ul>
<li>Legal/ compliance professionals or Chartered accountant with 3 to 5 years experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Ethics investigation procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Related work experience with Ethics investigations, HR, Legal and/or compliance areas will be preferred.</li>
