Key Responsibilities:

<li style="text-align:start;">Design and execute co-branded campaigns integrating Paytm's offering with the brands.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle - from ideation, negotiation, execution, to performance tracking.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, legal, finance) to ensure seamless execution and tracking.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI and customer engagement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Maintain strong relationships with partner brand stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and account growth. </li>
</ul>
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">5-6 years of experience in brand partnerships or strategic alliances (preferably in FMCG, FinTech, or consumer marketing).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Strong understanding of co-branded campaigns, offline-to-online marketing integrations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Ability to think strategically while managing execution on the ground.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset. </li>
