<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the sales teams and resources to deliver growth. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hire and build a new team to support our growing needs and future projects. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Define optimal sales force structure. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. </li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
