Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings including preparation of agenda, notices, minutes, and filings. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle statutory filings with MCA, SEBI, stock exchanges, and other authorities. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advise management on corporate governance practices and ensure regulatory alignment. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely renewals of licenses and approvals. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal counsel, and stakeholders. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support the business in broking-specific compliance matters including exchange-related obligations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide guidance on corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and secretarial due diligence as required. </li>
</ul>
Requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with 812 years of relevant experience. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong background in the broking / capital markets / financial services industry is mandatory. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI guidelines, and stock exchange compliances. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of managing board-level governance and stakeholder relationships. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work independently and handle regulatory inspections. </li>
</ul>
Preferred
