<li>Become a product expert with a strong understanding of configurations and data integration. </li>

<li>Identify roadblocks and initiate remedial action for execution and completion of tasks. </li>

<li>Carry out communications to manage all project stakeholders. </li>

<li>Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. </li>

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

<ul>
<li>Experience implementation web-based solutions for customers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working experience in analyzing the data, reports and have worked on excel or similar tool. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant experience in project management/coordination well versed with project management software tools (Salesforce, Smartsheet's, Jira) will be add on. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Willing to work in overlapping hours with EST time zone.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong organizational, communications and people skills required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li>
</ul>
