Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate interviews with outlet managers and department heads </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment MIS </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support onboarding and induction processes </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build a strong talent pool for current and future openings </li>

Desired Candidate Profile

<li style="margin-left:0px;">14 years of experience in hospitality recruitment (hotel or restaurant only) </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong sourcing and stakeholder coordination skills </li>
