Role &amp; Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead CRM, WhatsApp, and email marketing initiatives </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conceptualize and activate store-level campaigns and in-store branding </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track campaign ROI, build performance reports, and generate insights </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with design, operations, and external vendors for smooth execution </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure brand consistency across all channels and locations </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle marketing budgets and negotiate with agencies and platforms </li>

Preferred Candidate Profile:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior hands-on experience with aggregator platforms (Swiggy/Zomato) </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creative thinker with excellent execution and project management skills </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in CRM tools, WhatsApp automation, and social platforms </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Data-driven mindset with ability to draw insights from campaign performance </li>
