Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Accounting &amp; Financial Management: </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee and manage the overall accounting function for all legal entities as per IFRS and IndAs standards. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review and approve journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial transactions.</li>
</ul>

Taxation: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes (GST), and other tax-related activities in compliance with applicable laws. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle the tax filings, assessments, and audits while ensuring tax efficiency. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and implement changes as needed.</li>
</ul>

Financial Planning &amp; Analysis: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct variance analysis to evaluate budget-to-actual financial performance. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.</li>
</ul>

Cash Management: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee daily cash management to ensure optimal liquidity for the organization. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts, managing working capital to ensure healthy cash balances.</li>
</ul>

Investor Reporting: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare investor presentations, reports, and financial summaries. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support CEO in preparing financial materials for investors and potential investors.</li>
</ul>

Team Management &amp; Development: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Allocate tasks, set goals, and ensure efficient financial operations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establish KPIs to assess and improve team performance.</li>
</ul>

Compliance &amp; Governance: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to finance, accounting, and taxation. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets.</li>
</ul>

Operational Excellence: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Improve and streamline financial processes and procedures for efficiency. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement financial systems and technologies to support business growth. </li>
</ul>
Requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of industry experience </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Great communication skills </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in managing financial operations for startups or manufacturing industries is preferred </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven ability to manage financial reporting and investor communications. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leadership experience in managing and developing finance teams. </li>
