Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities including CSR initiatives, grants, and impact-based collaborations </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, sustainability teams, and philanthropic foundations </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to different stakeholder needs </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with internal teams to collect data, impact metrics, and case studies to support fundraising efforts </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Represent PadCare at CSR events, networking meets, and conferences </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain a fundraising pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support the design and execution of funded projects in alignment with donor expectations and PadCare\u2019s mission </li>

Requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors or Master\u2019s degree in CSR, Sustainability, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">1\u20133 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or CSR functions </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement skills </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem and regulatory framework in India (Companies Act, Schedule VII, etc.) </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Passionate about menstrual health, sustainability, and social impact </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams </li>
