<li style="margin-left:0px;">Social Media Management: Manage PadCare’s presence across B2B platforms (especially LinkedIn) to build brand awareness and credibility. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Content Creation: Develop engaging content in multiple formats (blogs, reports, videos, infographics, case studies, social media posts). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Campaign Execution: Plan and run targeted social media campaigns that drive lead generation, brand visibility, and engagement. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with B2B goals. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Content Creation: Ideate, develop, and repurpose content for blogs, reports, videos, and digital campaigns. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Platform Management: Grow and manage social media channels, focusing on LinkedIn. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Performance Analysis: Track and report social media KPIs to measure ROI and optimize campaigns. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Audience Engagement: Drive conversations, respond to comments, and build relationships with B2B stakeholders. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Leadership) and external partners to ensure brand consistency. </li>

What we're looking for:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven expertise in managing LinkedIn campaigns and communities. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing (bonus). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical ability to track performance and optimize strategies. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, Google Analytics. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create ESG-driven narratives. </li>
