A. Event Management 
Strategy &amp; Planning

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Define objectives (lead generation, brand awareness, stakeholder engagement) and align with KPIs. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct audience research to tailor events to prospects and sustainability leaders. </li>

Logistics &amp; Operations

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage vendor relationships (venues, caterers, AV partners, tech providers). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Plan and monitor event budgets, ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Utilize event management platforms for registration, ticketing, and attendee engagement. </li>
</ul>
Content &amp; Promotion 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful event content (keynotes, workshops, client showcases). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Execute promotion plans across email, social media, LinkedIn Ads, and partner networks. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leverage event tech (apps, matchmaking tools, virtual platforms) to enhance participant experience. </li>

Execution &amp; On-site Management

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Capture attendee feedback and integrate learnings into future planning. </li>

B. Community Management 
Strategy &amp; Development

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establish and manage online &amp; offline communities for clients, partners, and sustainability leaders. </li>

Engagement &amp; Content

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Foster ongoing discussions, Q&amp;As, and content sharing within the community. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Curate impact-driven content including case studies, client stories, and industry insights. </li>
</ul>
Relationship Building

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Nurture long-term relationships through continuous engagement. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as a bridge between community members and internal teams to relay feedback and drive innovation. </li>
</ul>
Requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Event Management, or Community Management, with exposure to team coordination. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior experience in high-growth startups, ESG, cleantech, or enterprise solutions preferred. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end events and community engagement programs. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven ability to plan and execute B2B events (virtual + in-person). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong communication &amp; storytelling skills to engage stakeholders. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in community building, partner engagement, or ecosystem development. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of event management platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">High ownership, multitasking ability, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Event platforms (Airmeet, Cvent, Hubilo, etc.), CRM (Zoho/HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards. </li>
