Key responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage Accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collection. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and analyze aging reports, identifying and resolving delinquent accounts. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely and accurate processing of receipts and reconciliations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and resolve customer disputes and inquiries related to billing and payments. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. </li>
</ul>
<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">Requirements</h3>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting and/or Finance </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable and cash applications, preferably in a B2B environment </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems e.g. Tally, Zoho, Oracle or other ERP </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. </li>
