Role &amp; responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure smooth functioning of hotel operations and a seamless check-in &amp;stay experience for guests</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify gaps and conduct necessary staff training regularly</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure adherence to Company SOPs &amp; compliance policies, as applicable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Generate revenue by ensuring availability of sellable rooms/inventory and driving occupancy through booking conversions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive guest experience, and handle escalations through stakeholder management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct surprise audits (Quality/Revenue Assurance) at assigned property and submit audit reports along with resolutions, as necessary</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure Daybook adoption for operations management</li>
</ul>

Preferred candidate profile

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong command over English and resp. regional language</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in using industry relevant software and computer applications</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, standards &amp; safety regulation </li>
