Responsibilities:

Develop strategies for acquisition, retention, online visibility, conversion and experimentation to meet the desired goals

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage stakeholders across geographies, functions to deliver the revenue goals </li>
</ul>
Digital Acquisition and Retention:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Utilize prior experience to drive new user acquisition through various digital channels such as App, Web, social media, content marketing, and partnerships utilizing organic and paid initiatives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and implement strategies for customer/user retention through CRM channels, including email, push notifications, and SMS. </li>
</ul>
Online Presence Optimization:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Optimize our presence on search engines (Google), app stores (Apple, Google Play), and other relevant platforms</li>
</ul>

Implement SEO strategies, schema markup, and structured data to enhance our online visibility.

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop, implement, and optimize effective SEM campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines. </li>
</ul>
Conversion Optimization:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyze user journeys and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates at different stages of the funnel, from awareness to conversion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify high-impact growth opportunities, iterating quickly based on data-driven insights. </li>
</ul>
Performance Analysis and ROI Optimization:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and deliver key KPIs, including App Installs, Impressions, CTR from Meta search engines, DAU from App and Website, and Calls on Call Centre.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Optimize and achieve target ROI across all growth segments.</li>
</ul>

Analyze data to carve out meaningful insight 
Collaboration and Partnerships:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Creative teams to align growth strategies.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive partnerships with 3rd-party affiliates to increase the top of the funnel. </li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in search engine optimization (SEO), app store optimization (ASO), and meta platform management.</li>
</ul>
