Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Team Leadership:

</ul>

Process Optimization:

Quality Assurance:

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Reporting &amp; Analysis:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Present analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.  </li>
</ul>
Education:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor's degree or a master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.  </li>
</ul>
Experience:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">12-15 years of experience in operations management in US healthcare (Coding). </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of managing teams, driving process improvements, and achieving operational goals. </li>
