What you will do:

Define the Product Roadmap

Champion the Customer

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Serve as the voice of the customer across the org. Deeply understand customers and their pain points and ensure solutions solve real problems.</li>
</ul>

Be Data-Driven

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Independently analyze data to extract insights that shape prioritization and decision-making</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends. </li>

Drive Cross-functional Alignment

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Partner closely with stakeholders across business, design, and engineering</li>

What qualities are we looking for?

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Total experience of more than 6+ years</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">4+ years of product management experience in B2C digital products, preferably e-commerce.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to align diverse viewpoints and drive towards outcomes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Customer-obsessed mindset — passionate about solving real problems with measurable impact</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on execution — comfortable working closely with engineers and designers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">MBA or Master’s Degree from a top business school or an engineering degree from a top institution</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Plus: Prior experience in scaling and improving post order experience for customers.</li>
