<li style="text-align:justify;">Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for the solar module production line.</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align:justify;">Oversee plant setup, installation and service.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Stay updated on solar manufacturing trends, government incentives, and import/export regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Ensure smooth functioning of automated and semi-automated equipment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Liaise with equipment vendors for installation, maintenance, and upgrades.</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align:justify;">Build, mentor, and manage the manufacturing team (production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain).</li>

<li style="text-align:justify;">Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.</li>

</ul>

Reporting structure:

</ul>

<li style="text-align:left;">Internal Stakeholders: Engineering Teams, Design Teams, Project Execution Team, HODs</li>
</ul>

<li>External Stakeholders: Solar Manufacturer and customer, Government/Discom Officials, Vendors, Consultants</li>

II. PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS

 Profile: Ideally -

<ul>
<li>B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering (preferred specialization in Renewable Energy or Solar PV)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 10+ years in manufacturing, with proven expertise in setting up solar module plants and production lines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Should have hands-on exposure to C&amp;I rooftop solar or utility-scale solar manufacturing projects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Experience in high-throughput, automated manufacturing environments.</li>
</ul>
Requisites: 

<ul>
<li>In-depth knowledge of solar manufacturing processes, production line machinery, and quality control protocols</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Comfortable with on-site factory visits, equipment audits, and vendor negotiations </li>
