• Support end-to-end procurement operations, including PR to PO processing, vendor coordination, and order tracking.

• Knowledge on the ERP systems and the work flow

• Assist in vendor sourcing and on boarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.

• Participate in price negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, warehouse FC) to understand material and service requirements.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, taxes, and delivery terms.

• Track order fulfilment, follow up on deliveries, and resolve supply or quantity discrepancies.

• Monitor supplier performance on parameters such as cost, quality, delivery, and service levels.

• Support contract management, including maintaining records of agreements, rate cards, and renewals.

• Assist in cost analysis and budgeting, comparing quotations and evaluating total cost of ownership.

• Ensure adherence to procurement compliance, audit requirements, and approval workflows.

• Maintain accurate procurement data and reports for management review.

• Coordinate with finance for invoice validation, GRN matching, and timely vendor payments.
