<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams ensuring alignment and championing customer needs in contact center and AI-driven solutions.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create clear, insightful product briefs, roadmaps, and user stories to guide seamless development and rollout, especially for products that involve LLM/NLP capabilities.</li>

Requirement

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Engineering degree with 5+ years of progressive product management experience; an MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a plus.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience working in a startup with small teams is a must, in a role focused on independent decision-making and driving impactful AI/ML initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven success in delivering AI/ML-driven SaaS products with measurable business impact, managing multiple initiatives, and making data-driven decisions for tangible results. Familiarity with LLMs, prompt management, and NLP techniques is highly desirable.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Data Science teams, effectively bridging research efforts and commercial product requirements to accelerate development and ensure innovation directly translates into customer value.</li>
