Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and manage the influencer marketing team to drive impactful collaborations and campaigns.Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators that resonate with the brand’s values, aesthetics, and target audience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, influencer agencies, and content creators.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns across multiple categories and platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track, measure, and report campaign performance against key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, share of voice (SOV), and ROI.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with internal teams including social media, PR, content, and monetization to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign integration.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay updated with trends in the influencer and creator economy and proactively recommend new opportunities, talent, and campaign ideas.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage and update influencer databases, contracts, campaign records, and performance reports.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure all influencer-led content complies with brand guidelines, platform policies, and legal regulations.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:

<ul>
<li>8-12 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong network within the influencer, creator, and talent management ecosystem.Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale influencer campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights from data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.</li>
</ul>
