Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leading a team to plan and execute platform events and promotions to drive customer engagement and deliver GMV</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build comprehensive strategy and customer propositions for events and work with marketing and storefront teams to design the correct GTM strategy to the event.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including Marketing, Product, , Category teams, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business Finance and Growth, among others.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitoring and analyzing the performance of events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Developing and executing in-app merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and sales.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborating with design and content teams to ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity for the platform.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborating with the central marketing team to build top of the funnel for events and analyze traffic data to measure the effectiveness of off-app initiatives</li>
</ul>
