Role &amp; Responsibilities:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1em;">Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future Salesforce hiring needs.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1em;">Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient candidate placements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Provide a world-class candidate experience and ensure clear communication throughout. </li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Experience Required:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">5+ years of experience in recruiting Salesforce professionals, ideally in a contract-to-hire (C2H) capacity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, roles, and certifications (Salesforce Developer, Admin, Architect, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on quality and results.</li>
