Responsibilities

Development &amp; Customisation

<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement low-code/no-code solutions where applicable using Power Apps and Dataverse.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure code quality, security, and scalability using best practices and modern development methodologies.</li>
</ul>

Technical Solutioning &amp; Integration

<ul>
<li>Understand client requirements and collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using RESTful APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Migrate and transform legacy data into Dynamics 365 using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or custom ETL solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and implement reports using Power BI and SSRS.</li>
</ul>

Testing &amp; Deployment

<ul>
<li>Conduct system and acceptance testing to validate solution accuracy, reliability, and performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide effort estimation for development tasks to support project planning and prioritisation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in deployment activities, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development and deployment.</li>
</ul>

Support &amp; Continuous Improvement

<ul>
<li>Provide post-go-live technical support and troubleshooting assistance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Optimise system performance, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay up to date with Microsoft's latest releases, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify and implement automation opportunities within Dynamics 365 using AI-driven tools.</li>
</ul>

Key Deliverables

<li>Development and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.</li>

<li>Integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and data sources.</li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Must have 5-10 years integration experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or SSIS.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Experience with AI-driven automation and chatbots within Dynamics 365.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for enhanced UI customisation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Azure DevOps, Git).</li>
