<ins>Responsibilities:</ins>

<li>Good knowledge of accounts payable</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1em;">Expert in invoice processing from receipt till payment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Managing the relationship with vendors</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement of invoicing terms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Handling queries from suppliers/customers and manage escalations related to invoices</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Ensure that service level agreements are met as they relate to invoice processing procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Generating MIS and reports for all activities, including control and exception reports</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Other responsibilities could be added to the invoice processing job description from time to time. </li>
</ul>
<ins>Technical skills and experience:</ins>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Bachelors degree in accounting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">A minimum of 3 to 5 years in experience in invoice processing and accounts payable experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Exposure to SAP, CREED and BASWARE will be an advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Knowledge of bookkeeping</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Proficiency in standard software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Ability to review invoices and verify tax information.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Understanding of AP process and AP automation solution</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Familiarity with the companys policies and procedures</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Knowledge of the legal framework governing invoicing and invoice processing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1em;">Knowledge of Canadian laws on invoice processing will be an advantage.</li>
