Responsibilities  
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Understanding client needs, working on conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Regularly contribute to Design Reviews by way of gathering and presenting information from internal &amp; external sources. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Have a brief understanding of how Interiors engage with Façade and Landscape. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Produce finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to the overall look and feel of project interiors with direction from Team Lead. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should possess a keen eye for detail. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create project material finish boards as needed, under direction of senior designers. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Have a passion for developing presentations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">The ability to work well in a dynamic team, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop internal and client presentations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in documenting site visits and RFI’s during construction. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) workshops.</li>

<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">Requirements</h3>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors’/Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institute. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is essential. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrable presentation and client relations skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent attention to detail, graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent collaboration skills, good self-organisation, and strong ability to work in a team environment. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deliver design solutions within tight deadlines, with a flexible-under-pressure, positive attitude. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong desire to learn the design process, including FF&amp;E products, specifications, colours and materials. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Applications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples.</li>
