Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create and present space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure on-site implementation matches design intent.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design language.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits for supervision, execution coordination, and design validation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Integrate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and creativity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end vendor operations including identifying and onboarding vendors, coordinating for timely deliveries, sample approvals, fabrication and installation, negotiating pricing, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining vendor performance records.​</li>
</ul>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s in Design with specialisation in interiors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Min. 3 years of professional experience specifically in corporate/commercial office interiors is mandatory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and spatial flow.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and client-handling skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across cities when required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage deadlines with ownership.</li>
</ul>
