Job Responsibilities :

<li>Coordinate with project managers and consultants and ensure project goals in design, execution, and sustainability are met. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have a clear understanding of the Firm’s Design Philosophy and guide the team to ensure adherence to the same. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Refer to different sources (internal/external) for reference materials to enhance knowledge, stay abreast with global standards of design and technological advancements and guide the team effectively. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have a clear understanding of how Façade engages with Interiors, and Landscape and guide the team on the same </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Review production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure that quality control activities for all architectural elements are met. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create and maintain the project manual and specifications. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Regularly contribute to Design Reviews by way of gathering and presenting information </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct on-site observations and guide team to document site reviews and address RFI. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Contribute &amp; assist in organising continuing professional development (CPD) workshops </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist Team Lead in creating Client Presentations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support growth and ensure wellness of subordinates. </li>
</ul>
Requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institute. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Candidates must have strong design conceptualization and execution skills with high proficiency and experience in using AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, and other advanced software. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to multi-task and stay ahead of deadlines. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Commitment to working with teams in an engaging and positive way. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards. </li>
