Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Understanding client needs, working on conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Regularly contribute to Design Reviews by way of gathering and presenting information from internal &amp; external sources</li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have a brief understanding of how Interiors engage with Façade and Landscape. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Produce finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Contribute to the overall look and feel of project interiors with direction from Team Lead. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Should possess a keen eye for detail </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create project material finish boards as needed, under direction of senior designers. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Have a passion for developing presentations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">The ability to work well in a dynamic team, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop internal and client presentations </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Assist in documenting site visits and RFI’s during construction </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) workshops </li>
</ul>
Requirements 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelors’/Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institute </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is essential </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Demonstrable presentation and client relations skills </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent attention to detail, graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent collaboration skills, good self-organisation, and strong ability to work in a team environment </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Deliver design solutions within tight deadlines, with a flexible-under-pressure, positive attitude </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong desire to learn the design process, including FF&amp;E products, specifications, colours and materials. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Applications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples </li>
