Job Description for Social Media Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Mobikwiks overall Social media marketing strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

• Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives

• Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output

• Align our brand with new and emerging trends

• Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging

• Identify new channels to embed our brand that align our marketing direction

• Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools

• Analyze performance: Use data analytics to measure engagement and adjust strategies. This is a critical skill set.

• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for engagement.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

• Partner with Agencies & Influencers to create synergistic campaigns that expand Mobikwiks reach and influence.

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns that support marketing objectives, brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor & Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 11-14 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.

• Prior experience working in Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, E-commerce, New Age or media industries is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), tools, and trends.

• Proven ability to design and execute high-impact social media campaigns that drive measurable results.

• Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team of social media professionals.

• In-depth knowledge of social media analytics, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.
