Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Sales and Revenue Generation: Focus on high-value product sales and ensure achievement of revenue targets.</li>

<li>Collection Management: Oversee collections process to maintain healthy cash flows.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>People Management: Lead and mentor the team to ensure alignment with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Administration and Coordination: Manage administrative functions and ensure smooth coordination across departments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reporting: Regularly review and analyze performance metrics using systems such as JOS and DMS to inform strategic decisions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with B2C customers and partner channels in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.</li>
</ul>

Key Responsibilities:

<li>B2C and Partner Channel Business: Drive business strategies for both B2C and partner channel segments in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh markets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>CRC – D2C Business Monitoring: Oversee direct-to-consumer business activities and monitor performance metrics.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>FBP – Partner Channel Business: Manage partner channel business, including FDO and SSD segments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Daily Review: Conduct daily reviews with direct reports to track progress and address any challenges promptly.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven track record of 15+ years in FMCG industry, with expertise in primary and treasury functions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and foster a collaborative work environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. </li>
