Key Responsibilities:

P&amp;L Management:

<li>Own and manage the Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) for the business unit, ensuring financial targets are met.</li>
</ul>

<li>Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations while driving revenue growth.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and execute strategies for revenue enhancement, cost control, and profitability improvement.</li>
</ul>

Business Unit Leadership:

<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the recruitment operations for the business unit, including client acquisition, account management, and recruitment delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and manage high-performing teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with organizational goals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive the strategic vision and goals for the unit, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.</li>
</ul>

Client Relationship Management:

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic matters.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understand clients’ recruitment needs and ensure the delivery of customized, high-quality recruitment solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and address any concerns promptly.</li>
</ul>

Strategy &amp; Execution:

<ul>
<li>Develop and execute business strategies for expanding the unit’s client base and increasing market share.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging recruitment needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and exceed targets.</li>
</ul>

Team Development:

<ul>
<li>Hire, train, and mentor recruitment consultants and support staff to foster a high-performance culture.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide guidance and coaching to ensure that all team members are motivated and equipped to meet client demands.</li>
</ul>

Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting:

<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report progress to senior leadership on financial and operational metrics.</li>
</ul>
