<li>Manage a diverse team of 100-200 direct and indirect reportees across India.</li>

<li>Drive technical sales strategy, customer acquisition, and key account expansion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and industrial partners to accelerate growth.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure robust forecasting, pricing, and operational excellence while travelling 40-50% pan‑India.</li>
</ul>

The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>8-12 years of B2B technical sales experience in Lubricants (preferred) or Adhesives, with up to ~15 years acceptable.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Engineering degree required (Mechanical / Chemical / Materials / Metallurgy / Instrumentation &amp; Control) + MBA preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience leading large field teams and delivering P&amp;L outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong strategic, analytical, and customer‑centric leadership skills.</li>
</ul>
