Accounting &amp; Internal Compliance

<li>Lead Compliance, Accounting and Taxation for the entity</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure compliance with accounting policies under US GAAP and local GAAP..</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure conclusion of statutory audit with no qualifications and internal audits with no significant observations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead and ensure strong internal control environment in the organization. Implement strong accounting controls and drive standard work for month close, Balance Sheet reconciliations and exception reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely accounting and compliance with all statutory obligations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive successful closure of Internal Audit / BS review actions for the legal entity</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop accounting systems / ERP set-up to ensure compliance with all local regulations including tax requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in management reporting.Taxation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure Transfer Price compliance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive and lead tax litigations for both direct tax and indirect matters in collaboration with tax consulting firms and cross-functional stakeholders.Business Support</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support business projects for the company (eg: finance support for the shared service centre, Transitions, other adhoc projects etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provision of ad-hoc information as requested and duties assigned by CFO and other stake holders.</li>
</ul>

The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>A successful Sr. Financial Analyst (Deputy Finance Controller) should have:· CA with 3-5 years of experience post qualification</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong experience in Accounting &amp; Taxation preferably in a manufacturing environment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Expertise in various IT systems (SAP/ Micro strategy)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Project Management lead with excellent analytical skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process oriented, very focused and rigorous</li>
