The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>7-12 years of experience on the brand side (not agency) in BFSI, NBFC, FMCG, Insurance, Fintech, or E-commerce</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability in stakeholder management and handling large monthly spends (₹5-8 Cr)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in performance marketing &amp; paid advertising (Google, Meta, COA management, lead gen campaigns)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with marketing automation &amp; CRM tools (Webengage, Lemnisk, MoEngage, etc.)</li>
