<li>Manage employee relations matters proactively and resolve issues with fairness and discretion.5. Organizational Effectiveness &amp; Change</li>

<li>Support organizational restructuring and change management efforts to align with growth objectives.</li>
</ul>

<li>Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and automation.</li>

<li>Promote a performance-driven culture and embed HR best practices across the organization.</li>
</ul>

The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>15-18 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner to Management Leaders/ Executive Committee members</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in real estate or large-scale corporate environments preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prior experience of working in matrixed organizations preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (Workday preferred).</li>
</ul>
