Contract Execution &amp; Compliance:

<li>Execute employment contract agreements for both clients and candidates with minimal TAT before on-boarding.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure payroll contracts are assigned to the correct business entities and aligned with agreed terms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Draft and send contracts to the Legal team for final approval and release to external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Seek management approvals for customised commercial terms when required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain master agreement folders and ensure all signed contracts and email approvals are stored for compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure contractual documents align with company policies and regulatory requirements. </li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Management &amp; Advisory: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide operational advice to consultants and internal teams based on signed agreements.</li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate with legal, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure seamless contract execution.</li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Act as a liaison between external consultants and internal stakeholders for contract-related clarifications. </li>
</ul>
Operational Efficiency &amp; Reporting: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure efficient contract management processes with minimal errors and delays.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports for audit and compliance purposes.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support continuous process improvements in contract handling and approval work flows. </li>
</ul>
The Successful Applicant 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">3-5 years of experience in contract administration, payroll compliance, or HR operations within the Indian domestic market.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong understanding of employment contracts, legal documentation, and compliance regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in managing C2H contracts is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and contract management software.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li>
