<li>Optimize sourcing, branding, funnel analytics, and recruiter effectiveness to meet monthly and quarterly targets.</li>

<li>Strengthen manager capability to handle sensitive employee issues and escalate effectively when needed.</li>

<li>Performance &amp; Capability Development· Lead performance management cycles, manager calibration, and developmental feedback culture.</li>

<li>Oversee onboarding, role-based training, and leadership development for operations teams.</li>
</ul>

<li>Internal Communication &amp; Engagement· Develop internal communication strategies that promote clarity, alignment, and connection to company values.</li>

<li>Design and execute India-specific engagement programs and listening mechanisms.</li>
</ul>

<li>Drive Change Communication and roll-out in conjunction with the Business Leaders.</li>

The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>Must-Have· 15+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in a senior India HR leadership role managing large delivery teams (RCM, BPO, ITES).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience leading HR in a shared services or delivery center model.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated success leading large, distributed HR teams and managing high-volume talent operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong grasp of Indian labor law, high-growth scaling environments, and HR digitization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to use data and people analytics to influence leadership decisions and workforce planning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, coaching, and change leadership capabilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preferred· Experience with U.S. healthcare clients or global delivery models.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Fluency in managing cross-cultural teams and matrix reporting.</li>
