<li>Handle monthly Group reporting to Liechtenstein as per IFRS and Group Accounting policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive variance analysis and deliver performance insights.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee GL management, inter-company reconciliations, and accruals.</li>
</ul>

Budgeting &amp; Forecasting

<ul>
<li>Lead annual budgeting in collaboration with business teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare rolling forecasts and financial projections.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track budget vs. actual performance and report deviations.</li>
</ul>

Taxation &amp; Regulatory

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with external consultants for GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support tax assessments, audits, transfer pricing, and tax planning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, FEMA, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.</li>
</ul>

Internal Controls &amp; Audit

<ul>
<li>Implement and monitor internal controls aligned with the Group's ICOFR framework.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Liaise with internal/statutory auditors and close audit requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.</li>
</ul>

Treasury &amp; Cash Flow Management

<ul>
<li>Manage daily cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support fundraising activities including commercial paper issuance, investor relations, and listing compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare ALCO presentations, ALM, and liquidity MIS.</li>
</ul>

Financial Analysis &amp; Business Support

<ul>
<li>Provide financial insights for decision-making across capex, pricing, and cost optimisation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports for leadership.</li>
</ul>

The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>A successful Lead - Finance should have:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in Ind AS/IFRS and direct &amp; indirect taxation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>At least 8+ years of experience (CA Mandatory) in finance controllership and FP&amp;A within Banking and Financial Services.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial modelling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and team‑leadership skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence decision-making.</li>
</ul>
