<li>Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.</li>

The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>High level of professionalism and attention to detail.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to work flexible hours, normally 11am - 8pm.</li>
